Run or walk with us to raise money and awareness for the organization Kansas City Teacher Residency, as well as express our gratitude for our superhero teachers.
Our goal is to ensure that everyone receives a good education and that teachers are supported in providing that instruction.
Where?
Blue Valley High School cross-country course
When?
April 29th at 9am
At 8am, we will be handing out T-shirts and bibs
Why?
We are raising money for the organization KC Teacher Residency, which is an organization that prepares teachers to make impacts in education, especially in urban areas.
Who?
Anyone and everyone of all ages are welcome to join us for our event.
What?
The course is 1.5 miles long, and everyone will make two loops. The run will not be timed. After the run/walk, we will have many activities including a raffle. Make sure to dress up as a superhero for our theme!
