ABOUT THE CLUB

Students Assist Schools (SAS) is a student-based club/organization dedicated to helping local schools with their education needs through direct volunteering and donations. Learn more about volunteering and donating.

We will have club meetings during the second half of Tiger PAWS in the PAC, but it will only be every so often. We will probably develop a schedule of meetings, but this will be updated later.

Every meeting is mandatory. If you cannot make the meeting, please just let us know, and tell us why. We're currently brainstorming ideas to accomodate for our large club, so our meetings are less crowded.

There is an entry fee of $2 to help cover the costs of the club.

We will have tee shirts available! They will be $15. Let us know as soon as possible if you would like one, and tell us your shirt size.

If you have any questions, contact us.

Every Thursday morning, club members will have a chance to go to Blue Valley Middle School to volunteer and help the students and teachers.

Every Wednesday after school, club members can volunteer at Stanley elementary school for about 35 minutes.

We will also be going on larger volunteer trips to Operation Breakthrough, KC Teacher Residency, and Worlds of Fun every month or two months.

You must go to at least two volunteering outings per semester to stay in the club
